TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT
We take one night's room rate as a deposit, either by credit card or by cheque.

CANCELLATION
We would like as much notice as possible to cancel a booking, however we will accept a minimum of 48 hours' notice; if you cancel within the 48 hour period we will charge the full amount of the room rate for the first night' stay. (If we are able to sell the room at the same rate as you paid we will not charge you. If we have to sell the room cheaper, then we will refund you only the amount that is covered by the new booking).

SMOKING
We are a non-smoking establishment, and will charge an extra nights room charge for anyone smoking in our rooms.

PETS
We are not able to take pets.

PARKING
We supply all our guests with cars with a complimentary parking permit. These cost us £250 for a year's parking and we need these returned so other guests can use them. (lost permits will be charged at the rate for the unexpired portion).
