Room One
The tariff for Room One is £95 per night.
(This rate is for the room with two people sharing and includes our comprehensive breakfast)
Special offer-discounts for bookings of three nights or more - £90 per night.

Room Two
The tariff for Room Two is £85 per night.
(This rate is for the room with two people sharing and includes our comprehensive breakfast)
Special offer-discounts for bookings of three nights or more - £80 per night.

The Suite
The tariff for The Suite is £165 per night.
(This rate is for the room with two people sharing and includes our comprehensive breakfast ).

Special offer-discounts for bookings of two nights or more - £130 per night.

At certain times when we are very busy, we may decide to do a 2 night minimum stay, we will inform you if this is applicable when you enquire.

If we do not have your dates at Orleans, you should consider staying on one of our "Retreat Boats" (our floating holiday cottages), they are fully centrally heated, moored in Dartmouth, sleep 6, each boat also has a tender (a small inflatable with an outboard engine) ideal for exploring the river. At a great rate of just £250 FOR THE WHOLE BOAT per night (3 night minimum stay), they are proving be a very popular alternative way of staying in Dartmouth.
