Each of our en suite rooms have an individual feel, with tasteful decorations and furnishings. All are extremely comfortable.

Our comprehensive breakfast menu has become legendary, serving amongst others, full English, fresh fruit platters, and home baked bread. Where possible, all our ingredients are sourced locally, and organic.

Our exceptional location offers out of town tranquillity, but only 3 minutes walk to the hub of Dartmouth with its many exclusive restaurants and bars. Dartmouth is great for gift shopping, and with truly stunning beaches at nearby Blackpool Sands, there is just nowhere else to go!

Orleans is a Grade II listed Georgian House dating back to the 1760s. It is perched on a gently sloping hill, overlooking the mouth of the River Dart and harbour, with stunning views right out to sea.
